Can Ms. Liu or somebody PLEASE explain what I've read in the Times and on Gotham Gazette: that 4 Democratic NYS Senators may support Skelos for majority leader. How can a Republican be majority leader when the Democrats have the majority?
Might we see attempts to redraw districts to lock in Democratic control?
